How many points do I need to get a cash discount?
Each point is worth $.01 (a penny).  As you accumulate points, the cash value increase.

For instance, if you purchase $100 in product today, you will earn 300 points.  The cash value available to use on your next online purchase will be $3.00.
If you choose not to redeem your points, they will continue to grow until you want to use them.

Do my points ever expire?
Yes, they expire 24 months from the month in which they were earned

Do I have to use the points when I make an order?
No, you can accumulate points until you are ready to use them.

I have 1,000 points (valued at $10) and my current order is $7.50.  Can I redeem only $7.50 and keep the remaining $2.50 for a later purchase?
No, unfortunately, the system uses all available points once you choose to redeem and none are left over.
In this case, the system will apply the entire $10 to your order (purchase, tax and shipping) and make the order FREE!

Do the redeemed points cover tax and shipping?
Yes, it is applied to the entire order cost.

Can I use my points to pay for services I use like the website or the Virtual Assistant?
No, once you are using either of those services, the continued monthly charge cannot be paid with points earned.  Only purchases completed on the website can use the points.

However, if you are not currently using the Virtual Assistant or Website service, when you do purchase them online, you earn points for that transaction.  And those points can be used the next time you order online.
