How much does it cost?

How do I pay for the New Consultant Packet?
We have an ALL ELECTRONIC payment system.  We accept only credit cards and debit/check cards for payments.

Is there a set up fee?
No, since this is not a continuing, monthly service.

Can I add pages that I currently use into the packet?
Yes, you can add up to 10 additional pages that you have already created either in .pdf format, Microsoft Publisher or Microsoft Word at no cost.  These pages will be included as is and not formatted to the layout already in the packet.

Can I delete pages from the packet that I don't want?
Yes!  However, because we have taken a lot of time to work on a basic, generic packet, we believe all the information included is a baseline of what a new consultant will need.  But if you feel more comfortable deleting any WHOLE page (not parts of pages or sections of page), that's okay, yet it won't change the price of the packet.

Revisions to complete the packet
Once you send your I-story and photo to be included in your packet, we'll return it to you as final.

However, you have 2 more opportunities to correct content (either your supplied content or our content) within 5 business days of your receipt of the final packet.

Once the 2 revisions have been used (or 5 business days have passed), any changes to content (other than the FREE maintenance listed below) will be $10 for each change.

Some of my information changed since I purchased the packet.  How can I get that information updated?
You can received FREE updates to your name, unit name, phone number, address, and email address for 12 months.

After 12 months, making changes to your name, unit name, phone number, address, and email address will be $5 each time you need an update.

After 12 months, changes to content other than name, unit name, phone number, address and email address will be $10 for each update.

We'll keep your packet on file for 2 years from the date of your purchase or the date of your last update/change to content.   After 2 years, your packet will be deleted.
